About the workspace
Your business, connected.
Atlas One is Atlas Globe LLC’s private executive operations workspace. It brings approved business tools, Gmail briefings, calendar visibility, follow-ups, reports, and administrative access into one secure place.
What Atlas One does
- Creates concise Business and Personal briefing sections from Gmail accounts that an authorized Atlas One owner or administrator explicitly connects.
- Shows selected primary Google Calendar events in daily and weekly planning views. Authorized users can add events and can change or remove events that were created through Atlas One.
- Includes task and follow-up planning views alongside reports and approved Atlas Globe business applications. New task items currently remain in the browser session.
- Gives every approved Atlas One user the same organization-wide briefing; connected accounts do not create separate user views.
Scoped Google access
Gmail access reads email for briefing. An approved owner or administrator may send only a reviewed, explicitly confirmed reply from a separately authorized mailbox; Atlas One cannot send automatically, change, or delete email. The Calendar connection reads nearby primary-calendar events and, when the account holder approves the additional Calendar permission, lets authorized Atlas One users create events. Only events created through Atlas One can be changed or removed inside Atlas One. Each Google account is authorized separately and can be disconnected by an authorized owner or administrator.
Private access
The workspace itself is available only to Google accounts approved by an authorized Atlas One owner or administrator. Google handles passwords and two-step verification; Atlas One does not collect a separate shared password.
