Terms of Use
These terms govern authorized use of Atlas Globe LLC’s private Atlas One workspace.
Authorized business use
Atlas One is an internal business workspace. You may use it only with a Google account approved by an authorized Atlas One owner or administrator and only for lawful Atlas Globe business purposes within the permissions assigned to you. You may not share access, bypass controls, probe other users’ data, or connect an account you are not authorized to use.
Connected services
Google, Supabase, Cloudflare, and linked business applications have their own terms and availability. You are responsible for complying with those terms and for confirming that you have authority to connect each account or open each linked system.
Briefings and calendar actions
Gmail access supports briefing. An approved owner or administrator may send only a reviewed, explicitly confirmed reply from a mailbox that has granted Gmail sending permission; Atlas One cannot send automatically, change, or delete Gmail messages. An approved owner or administrator may explicitly copy an attachment to the configured Atlas One Drive archive, but Atlas One never copies attachments automatically. A user whose role includes calendar editing may create an event and may change or delete only an event originally created through Atlas One. Connected accounts contribute to one shared organization-wide brief visible to approved users according to their roles; Business and Personal are organizational sections, not privacy boundaries. Summaries, categories, priorities, and suggested follow-ups are decision-support information and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review the original email, calendar event, report, or linked system before making business, financial, legal, employment, or security decisions.
Security responsibilities
Keep your Google account and devices secure, use two-step verification, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or use Atlas One to expose confidential information to unauthorized people.
Availability and changes
Atlas One may change, pause, or remove features to protect security, comply with service-provider requirements, or improve operations. The workspace is provided for internal use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended or removed when needed to protect Atlas Globe or its users.
